The View From Georgia in 2021: Politics, Pandemics, and Race

Wednesday, December 9, 2020

7:30 – 9:00 pm

We asked our fellow Atlanta-area alum Professor Adrienne Jones '93 to speak with us about how she sees Georgia's unique position in the national political spotlight - touching on topics like the pandemic and the Black Lives Matter movement.

The Brown Club of Georgia warmly welcomes all Brown University alumni, current students and their parents, and their guests. Bring open minds and open ears.

Our Event Moderation Policy: This event will be lightly moderated with a goal of encouraging elightening discussion and exchange. Prof. Jones will speak for a period, and then we'll open it up to Q&A. Respectful, on-topic, and concise questions and comments are welcome from all. The moderator(s) may use the Zoom mute function at their discretion.

Registration closes December 6th. Zoom video conferencing details will be sent to all registered participants 24 hours prior to the event.
