Alumni, families, friends and returning students are cordially invited to a send-off party for local area members of the Brown Class of 2027. Please join the Brown Club of Greater Baltimore for one of its most popular events of the year. We welcome students who will be Freshmen at Brown this fall and their families.
The event will be a great opportunity for the new students to meet each other, for their parents to swap information and for current students and alums to reconnect.
This year we are returning to the tent at the the Irvine Nature Center in Owings Mills. The center's mission is to educate and inspire current and future generations to explore, respect and protect nature. It covers 210 acres with a diverse array of Piedmond habitats making up the headwaters of both the Jones Falls and Gwynns Falls watersheds. We will have a visit by animal ambassadors, who are being cared for at the Nature Center for various reasons, as well as enjoy light snacks and beverages. Please feel free to come early or stay late to explore the trails, wetlands, aviary and Native American Site. Entrance to the Center is included in your reservation to the event.
