Join us for a live cooking class and conversation with acclaimed Atlanta Chef Parnass Savang! Parnass will share his experience as an emerging restaurateur -- he opened his much-anticipated Thai restaurant, Talat Market, amidst the COVID-19 lockdown -- and he'll reflect on how the pandemic has caused disruption and innovation in the food industry.

Plus, he will cook a signature dish live on Zoom! 

Parnass (and his food!) has been lauded in national media outlets, including being named the 2020 Atlanta Magazine Best New Chef and being featured on the cover of Bon Appetit magazine.
