Please join the Brown Club of Georgia's theatre fans for Theatrical Outfit's production of The Humans, written by Stephen Karam, Brown Class of 2002. The Humans was a 2016 Pulitzer finalist, and also won the Tony for Best Play in 2016. We're excited to support this play, this playwright, and Atlanta theatre.
The Humans is a one-act play, with a 90 minute run time. The Pulitzer Prize committee called the play a "profoundly affecting drama that sketches the psychological and emotional contours of an average American family." - The first block of six (6) tickets were purchased for $22.50 each, with a $6.00 per ticket service fee, which was a 50% discount off normal prices. You can pay when you register through the portal.
- If we have more interest, we will try to buy another block of discounted tickets, which will also have the benefit of a group discount. Please email Chris Schneider at chrisschneiderbrown86@gmail.com as soon as possible if you try to obtain tickets but it is showing that it is sold out. Goldstar tickets are very limited, and we would need to try to purchase more immediately.
Some of us will follow the show with a bite to eat at Flower Child in White Provisions on teh West Side. Theatrical Outfit is downtown, and there is a surface lot parking directly across the street and deck parking right next door. We will plan to arrive by 2:10 pm so we can distribute tickets.
