The Brown Club of Houston invites you to join us in a discussion with Brown alumna, Karen Catlin ’85, P’18, P’20, leadership coach and author about inclusive workplaces.
Karem will share what she has learned in her 25 years in the tech industry building software products and serving as a vice president of engineering at Macromedia and Adobe. She will discuss how we can better support and be allies for all groups in the workplace.
We recommend reading her book, Better Allies: Everyday Actions to Create Inclusive, Engaging Workplaces.
