Reminder:; Join the Brown Club of Charlotte for our annual meeting and a potluck picnic!
We'll open with some brief Club Board business while enjoying food, and games and socializing with fellow Alumni, current students, new students, parents of students, partners and families.
We'll provide hamburgers, hot dogs, plates, napkins, cutlery, and bottled water. Please bring additional food for your family and a dish to share. Please label shared dishes for allergens. (No alcohol, due to park policy.)
Meet at Medium Shelter #1 in Col Francis Beatty Park, near the soccer fields, south of the indoor pavilion marked "LP Hall". This is an outdoor, roofed shelter with picnic tables and a grill. Restrooms, playground, horseshoe pit, and volleyball courts are available.

The event is free, but we need a headcount for food. Please RSVP/Register by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 9.
The registration system will ask you for the number of adults and children. The Club will send a message to everyone registered a few days in advance, so you can know how many people to expect. And we'll plan to contact you in case of unexpected nasty weather.
