Join the Brown Club of R.I. for seaside dining and a special presentation by Professor Wendy Schiller on The State of American Life: Looking Ahead to 2025. The talk will examine the state of American life today and compare it to earlier periods in our history economically, socially, and politically.
A complimentary glass of prosecco or wine from The College Hill Society will be provided. There will not be a cash bar but we will be selling individual drink tickets at the registration table instead.
Business casual attire. No shorts or denim. Collared shirts for gentlemen. Cell phones on silent upon entering the Club property please.
Wendy Schiller is the the Howard R. Swearer Interim Director of the Thomas J. Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs, Director of the A. Alfred Taubman Center for American Politics and Policy, Alison S. Ressler Professor of Political Science at Brown University.
