We hope you can join us on Thursday May 18th at 8pm EST for a virtual event with the Class of 2010's Okezie Nwoka, author of the lauded debut novel God of Mercy. We will discuss Okezie's path from Brown to acclaimed author (and middle school teacher!), and how they have used fiction to wrestle with big questions about identity, tradition, and understanding one's true purpose. This event will be moderated by Chi Nwogu '10, will feature interactive Q+A, and is free and open to the class of 2010 and other interested guests.
More information about the event will be circulated shortly, but if you want to purchase Okezie's book prior to the event, you may do so from the following vendors: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Bookshop[dot]org, HudsonBooksellers, & Powell's.
