Reservation Process

On-campus housing reservations for Commencement Guests (friends and family of the members of the Class of 2024) and Reunion Guests opened the afternoon of April 22, 2024, and closed on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 11:59pm ET.

Housing Details

On-campus housing is available beginning on Friday, May 24 at 3:00 pm through Monday, May 27 at noon. Nightly rates are as follows:

  • Single: $130 per room per night

  • Single (Suite/Apartment): $130 per room per night. Suites and apartments are reserved as full units. Price per suite is dependent on the number of bedrooms in the suite.

  • Double: $160 per room per night

  • Triple: $180 per room per night

Please note, there is a two-night minimum. We are unable to accommodate requests outside of these dates and times.

Please note that not all buildings will be available to all groups, and that we may sell out of rooms in certain buildings faster than others.

Campus Maps and Navigation Tools

Campus Maps Website - A listing of several helpful maps of campus, including a Visitor Map, Accessibility Map, and Parking Map

Interactive Campus Map - An interactive map of campus that shows pictures of buildings, as well as the history behind each building.

Google Maps - A helpful tool you can use to determine the walking or driving distance between campus buildings, as well as the best path from Point A to Point B.

Room Information

  • There are singles, doubles, and triple rooms available, as well as suites and apartments.
  • All beds are Twin XL.
  • Guests will likely share bathroom facilities and climb stairs.
  • Guests will receive basic essentials such as bed linens, a pillow, and towels.
  • Rooms are smoke-free and not air-conditioned.
  • Need an extra blanket, towels, hangers, alarm clock, hand mirror, small fan, or other amenities? Guests will need to bring those from home.

Cancellations and Refunds

Guests wishing to cancel reservations may do so via the online reservation portal on or before the second Friday of May (May 10, 2024). Guests who submit a cancellation request by this deadline will be eligible for a full refund. The Office of Residential Life does not allow for cancellations, modifications, or refunds after the second Friday of May.
